Our story
In 2022, we decided to start growing microgreens for our health and their many benefits. Shortly, after realizing that Southern NM had a shortage of healthy food options, we decided to make them available to our community.
With Monica’s background as a chef, love for cooking, and Nick’s passion for health and wellness, we found our way of helping others become healthier while enjoying something delicious. In 2023, we started selling our fresh, vibrant greens to help promote a healthier and happier community through our local farmers’ market.
Now we proudly offer local microgreen deliveries for those unable to attend the farmers’ market. As well as wholesale deliveries to restaurants and stores.
